 Agua Alma® is a fusion of in-depth aquatic bodywork, Aston-Patterning's® fluid biomechanics, and shamanism that connects ourselves and our clients to the healing life-forces of our planet.
This training is a beautiful healing retreat in fabulous settings and an opportunity to deepen one's bond with the healing forces of Nature. This course provides a strong basis for both clinical applications and personal growth. Specialized sessions address Autonomic Calming, Trauma, Structural Balance, Centering/Purpose and Playfulness. Agua Alma principles apply to both water and table therapy work.
